Diddy drives down to PAL territories
DKR DS, available in Europe and Australia
The starting shot for Diddy’s race has finally been fired outside America. Two months after its original release in the United States, Europe finally gets the first title ever developed by Rare for the Nintendo DS. From today on, gamers of the Old Continent can find their copy of Diddy Kong Racing DS available in any store for the usual price of 39.95 euros, also featuring all the main languages of each country. The Australian version of the game was launched yesterday and it can be already bought for an estimated price of 62.95 Australian dollars.
The new DKR offers a remake of the single player adventure mode that Rare long-time fans enjoyed back in 1997 for the N64, many new minigames and modes (both for single and multi matches), and the option to use Nintendo WiFi Connection to challenge your friends from the other side of the world.
