New 4Kids deal ensures future paper-mache brainwashing
Soon every child will know what the word “Piñata” means
For news that will no doubt excite the little ones and the hardcore Viva Piñata fans at the success of the show, 4Kids has recently made a deal with local TV stations in Australia, Latin America, and Turkey to distribute the VP TV show. It’ll start on February 15th in Australia, April 1st in Latin America, and November 2008 in Turkey.
In case you are missing it, the Piñata animated series already airs in the US (4Kids TV), UK (Nickelodeon), Mexico (Televisa), Spain (Nickelodeon), Germany (RTL2), Canada (YTV), France (France 3, Canal J), Australia (Nickelodeon), New Zealand (Nickelodeon), Netherlands (Nickelodeon), Norway (NRK), Portugal (SIC), Israel (Children’s Channel), New Zealand (TV3), South Korea (Animax), Taiwan (Momo Kids TV) and Singapore (MediaCorp TV12’s Kid Central).
So that’s it. Happy viewing, I suppose. I’ll go back to the video game for now.
