Rare changes their minds from Scribes to the Pantsboard
Hey, guys. Remember when Rare posted the real plot for Banjo-Kazooie 3 alongside four other rumours on April Fools? Did you catch the part where Rare invited you to send your theories to Scribes? Apparently someone found it wise to satisfy the Mr. Pants lovers (that’d be me and three other folks worldwide) of Rare’s fanbase and decided to have a Pantsboard instead.
In case you’ve managed to be completely unaware of the “Burning Question” this edition, it’s quite simple: regarding the five Banjo rumours, “Which one’s right? Which ones had better not be?”
That’s it. Go on and send your theories to the Pantsboard and watch Mr. Pants dodge slyly around those that guessed the correct rumour!

I agree, it sounds like the most plausible idea for the game, plus that would make sense, what with the old levels returning but not in a way “we would expect.”

Since Option 3 was the plot of the GBA Banjo game, I’d guess it’s either rumor 4 or 1. Rumor 5 would be very plausible if it didn’t say the game will be an RTS.

i’m thinking there’s a good chance that the plot to BK3 is option 3, “Banjo and Kazooie travel back through time in pursuit of the witch’s giant T.I.T. Grunty drives her Time Interfering Truck back to before the bear and bird met. The duo must reintroduce themselves and relearn everything they know in a completely new way!”. in the past two games, it was about learning moves in the first game, and in the second game, seeing crazy looking machinery was more common aongside with learning new moves again. so i was thinking that you guys were going to mash the two two well known things together along with some new criteria for the upcoming banjo game. what do you say to that?
