The fact that Conker’s Other Bad Day was canceled doesn’t mean it was Microsoft who did it. Conker 2 was rumoured back in 2002, and after that Rare developed Conker: Live & Reloaded for Xbox. So clearly Microsoft is not banning Conker from Xbox.

That said, it would be fantastic if -as Seavor says- Microsoft asked for a sequel and we could get that game. But Rare has been quite busy with other AAA titles -such as PDZ, Viva Piñata and BK3- and a Conker game couldn’t have been done by a small or less important team if most of the staff was busy in those important projects.

As any of you, I hope Microsoft now ‘asks’ for it, though

i heard that a nother war begins because of the death of there king.you get to be the soilders and complete missions to defeat the tediz.conker dies and go to gregg the grim reaper to find berri in the underworld. conker comes back with berri and finish the war. after conker goes to jail (like the above)and starts another adventure trying to excape.after his excape, conker gets captured by tediz and you get to the soilders again trying to save conker.the tediz get a call from a group of(new enemies)that are causing a problem with tedizz. conker help the tediz and the soilders team up together. that scene would lead to a nother story and not a part 3

I always figured the sequel would involve Conker’s increasingly chaotic and desperate attempts to get the game to freeze so he could order the programmer to set everything right again, including bringing back Berri. Obviously this would involve another war-torn climax with the Tediz, orchestrated by that one Tedi in the Professor’s lab that never got destroyed…

Rare messed up with Conker live and reloaded, because they censored it and took the original stuff out and replaced it with things they thought was better. Owell, hopefully Rare makes a new Conker game =)

Live and reloaded was a bag of crap to say it was a remake because the story line stayed true (which i liked) but the multiplayer was shocking, they shudof used the originalls style that would of been awsome. Please let this happen microsoft.

i could think of a zillion ways to continue conker, such as conker trading all but 2 of his squirrel tails to gregg to get berri back, or conker decreeing that the castle be destroyed, his throne moved to his home, and all the residents of the castle to relocate to his home area, but nope. But then again, Rare, if you were awesome enough for banjo kazooie, then i’m sure you can attract both mature and young audiences to conker.

Sequels to games can be released far and long between. Many years apart lets hope not that long. There is also prospect of game ratings… Rating systems seem to tighten the grip as they get set the bar lower. What was once a M rated game could get an A (Adult) rating some time later. If a game gets an A rating stores can refuse to carry it. This is why you don’t see XXX movies in like say Wal-Mart.
Stores don’t want to deal with carding its a hassle.
This is why it should be sold ONLINE instead and let the stores suffer! >:)

Why would Microsoft ever choose to hold back on Rare when this sequel could have been released on the market many years ago? With such great success already seen from the Banjo Kazooie series I believe it’s about time Conker has his rightful chance at rising to the top once again on the food chain. You have my signature.

Conker’s Bad Fur Day is the best game I’ve ever played, and I still play it regularly, more than I play some newer games. I would kill to see a sequel to this, and if this is made for the 360, I’ll buy a 360 just to play the sequel…

The original deserved much more recognition… Had it been released earlier it could possibly be on the level of or better than the GTA franchise popularity wise… It definately is better gameplay wise… I’ve played VIce City, and San Andreas but Conker’s BFD is definately the better adult game.

I’ve played conker all my life since the N64 version and now well in to 2009 and still playing live and reloaded, i may only own a xbox but even if they were to releash a sequal for the 360 only i would still buy it just to have, i want a sequel, i think it is safe to say that everyone wants a sequel.

Petitions never really do work for these types of things, now that I’ve said that I think it would be great too get a sequel but I think if they want to sell it to more then just it’s small fanbase (compared to the likes of Halo or Mario it is small) Microsoft should advertise it more like maybe at a big gaming convention just show a laugh out loud trailer to get peoples attention and then show more at other gaming conventions or such to gain hype.

My boyfriend and I are two of the last three people playing Conker Live and Reloaded. The servers are so shut down that no one can access Conker from the dashboard anymore. No one else can join…If this isn’t dedication and love for a game, I really don’t know what is. Everyone loves the game, it’s an amazing idea. Cute little potty mouth squirrel. Amazing! And the multi-player was genius. I don’t think there is a single 360 game that has superior multi-player. I could cry over how many times, I’ve finished playing CBFD, and it’s late at night…and I just have to sit there at the end of the day and wonder what could have been if a sequel had been made…It still remains a great game approximately 10 years later… Yet I see tons of recycled shooters, stupid hack and slash games, and lame and crappy family friendly games (that aren’t fun to play) coming out…yet Conker’ BFD has to sit in the back of my head as a game that never really got what it deserved…a sequel.

I’ll always remember this game because it creates a pretty good atmosphere with the mountains, landscape and things you can see off in the distance. (ESPECIALLY WHEN IT GETS DARK IN THE GAME) You actually feel like your in a REAL world, not just surrounded by game images. And the ending, is awesome with the music and everything…just gives you that laid back, end of the day type feeling. The one you get when all the stores close and parking lots are empty, MOSTLY everyone’s in bed, and you are left only with yourself and what you’ve accomplished…

I read the original people behind RARE left the company and the new Banjo Kazooie game did bad, and gave RARE a black eye because of it…so this company may close and we’ll never get a CONKER sequel. (IF WE WERE GOING TO ANYWAY, WHO KNOWS???) It’s true what they say…Life isn’t fair…

Conker is an amazing game and might just be the only one to break away from all these “party/sports” games.. They already had the crew ready for a 2nd run! why stop them?.. All i know is that if Conker ever comes back, Microsoft will be kicking themselves in the @$* for it, because they waited so long. I dont care if i have to buy a 360, i’ll do it for Conker.

I was not graced with having a Nintendo 64 in my childhood. So, I didn’t get to play those golden-age games. But, now, I have. Conker’s Bad Fur Day is a mind-blowing, breath-taking, frying-pan-wielding experience. I see no reason for Microsoft to be avoiding it. I mean, it was for games like this that they bought Rare in the first place. Lazy Microsoft…

Needless to say, I am enjoying this old game a lot. It’s kinda funny how this game gets all this hype and everyone likes Conker for it, when the rest of the Conker games are nothing like it at all, being E-rated and the like. I haven’t beaten it just yet, (I just fought the Great Mightly Poo, so, I suppose I’ve still got quite a ways to go) but I am eagerly awaiting the climactic conclusion of this Rare gem of a game (pun so totally intended)!

Microsoft owns Rare now. So, they should use Rare to do what they bought them to do in the first place! They need this. Microsoft doesn’t actually have their own franchise or mascot (now that they’ve sold Bungie’s “Halo” over to Epic Games; the creators of “Gears of War”), so, they need to pick up on what they’ve obtained at this point. They’ve got the extremely popular Banjo-Kazooie and Conker franchises. They need to use them. They have no excuse for what they are doing, which is nothing! They’re doing nothing!

Making “family games” is great and all, but how many families actually sit around (or stand, in the Kinect’s case) and play videogames together, anyway? I haven’t really seen this happen, myself. In this day and age, everything’s being overly-censored and watered down. We need someone like Conker to stop up and restore the media to it’s full extent. I will sign that petition to get Conker back! Microsoft needs to know what it is we want!

I Wish on CBFD 2 Berri would wake up to life again

The game is a cult favorite. Why cease creation of the sequel? Our favorite squirrel needs another game!

Stupid Microsoft. They scratch the sequel mid-production to replace it with a crappy remake that sold terribly, and when that blew up in their faces they decided they didn’t want to put any more Conker titles on the market because they supposedly wouldn’t make enough money from them. Did they honestly expect a huge cult following of fans to just accept the weak remake? I desperately hope their selfishness does not cause one of the greatest games of all time to go without its rightfully deserved sequel.

On a side note, I want to state that if they did end up making the sequel, but Microsoft edited it to be an empty corpse of a game, and mucked it up badly, I would probably be in the riot of enraged fans marching towards the Microsoft HQ with torches and pitchforks.

On another side note, March 5th is the 10 year anniversary of CBFD. I fully plan on playing the game non-stop, the full 24 hours of the day.

I really want a Conker bad fur day sequel. With all the crappy video games being made today. I again want a real fun game that makes you laugh over and over again. I have played through Conker so many times I can’t count. It makes me laugh every time.

Man I feel like i stumbled onto the ruins of a website that i would have loved to be a part of. From what i read it saddens me to see so many fans shot down. But the main purpose of this post is Conker the red squirrel that got into our hearts and made us laugh. I bought a copy of Conker’s Bad Fur Day used in 2009. The begining and a section or two mess up from time to time but it never stopped me from loving it. And though no one will see this post. I will not give up hope and if you guys want another sequel hand write a letter to micro, and in detail tell them what they have been blind to. To me a sequal would first be different in terms of all the games out now. Dont cuse them out be formal and be civilized. I lay this post as a flower on the grave of a site that followed Rare and the site that i would have been proud to be a part of.

Conker would be a great game for the ps vita. I know Microsoft owns it but Microsoft has worked with Sony. Look at computers, Sony vaio runs Microsoft. A partnership or agreement with consoles shouldn’t be to hard. It’s not like Conker is exclusive to Microsoft like halo or gears of war. For a new Conker game to come out for 3ds and ps vita could be the start of something new. Of course consoles will still need to have their exclusive titles but having companies sharing some work would be really cool.
