Trouble in Paradise’s infection starts expanding
A "Famous Piñata" may be waiting in your VP's Post Office
Rare is quite keen on the viral marketing these days. After the Piñata BelieVa campaign, now they repeat their infectious achievement from Jetpac in their new release, Trouble in Paradise.
Like with Refuelled, one of the many Viva Piñata Xbox achievements can only be unlocked by interacting with other users that previously got it. This time, instead of a multiplayer match with somebody, you’ll have to get it by receiving a crate with a ‘Famous Piñata’ from an infected user.
Yesterday night, Rare’s James ‘BIGsheep’ Thomas, started expanding it by sending a Goobaa -obviously- to a group of selected people from the main Rare fansites, including MundoRare.
“These piñatas will unlock the Achievement for anyone else you trade them to, and anyone they trade them to, and so on,” BIGsheep explained. So, from this moment, the achievement will start spreading out with our crates full of candiosity, and hopefully you’ll all get it soon from a friend.
So, you know what to do: if you’ve already bought Viva Piñata Trouble in Paradise, don’t hesitate to send some species to your contacts, and maybe you’ll get a Famous Piñata in return!
