Nuts & Bolts and Banjo-Kazooie XBLA out now
BK XBLA available to those who pre-ordered it
If it hasn’t been years in the making, it’s definitely been years in the waiting. After a long, long wait, the latest installment in the Banjo franchise is finally available in America (next Friday in Europe), just in time for Veteran’s Day. While it isn’t a platformer like its former sequels, Nuts & Bolts will attempt to prove to skeptics that just because it isn’t traditional Banjo, doesn’t mean that it can’t be fun.

Not taking second-fiddle to Nuts & Bolts, the pre-order incentive of BK XBLA is available now. As in right now. Last night, the game was put on Xbox Live, so anyone fortunate enough to get a pre-order code before the game’s release is probably playing it right this moment. Hopefully you reserved your copy, because otherwise you’re going to have to wait until the 26th and pay 1200 Microsoft Points for the game.
As far as our opinions on the games will be, stay tuned to MundoRare in the upcoming weeks as we dip into a double dose of dueling Banjos, old and new. Until then, why not check out all the info and media posted on the game pages for both the old and the new Banjos?

My copy of Nuts and Bolts has just been dispatched from Amazon.co.uk, and the game’s not supposed to be out ’till Friday over here!
Can’t play it yet, though, because I’ve got no Xbox.
